PROPOSED SOLUTIONS

To meet our customer's needs, we proposed our rotary level indicator PFG05 as a solution. It has a robust aluminum housing and is designed for detecting solid materials such as powders, feed, plastic granules and shavings. It is ATEX certified and for this reason it is also ideal for environments with potentially explosive dust. Our product is installed in most of Beccaria's plants and has been customized with the addition of an anti-condensation filter.

The advantages of this option are:

Prevent condensation formation inside the level indicator housings;
Ensure reliable operation and long device lifespan;
Maintain high performance even in case of temperature fluctuations.

The second solution adopted by Beccaria is our diaphragm level indicator for solids MN21, suitable for food contact and ATEX certified. It features a robust construction with aluminum housing and does not require power supply.
Previously, the customer used an indicator equipped with a rubber diaphragm, which tended to wear out over time. To solve this issue, Beccaria opted for our customized instrument with a stainless steel diaphragm and a flange specifically designed to meet its needs.
